(Flor & Hakeem) These are some of the basic schedule designs for the classes offered at Powerhouse Boxing & Kickboxing in Virginia Beach. Currently, Coach Twon runs all classes Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 8:30 PM while Coach Hakeem runs all classes Monday through Friday 12-1, 3:30-4:30, and classes on Saturday and Sunday.

Coach Twon teaches Boxing & Cardio Kickboxing. Coach Hakeem Teaches Kickboxing and Capoeira.

Both coaches will be training the Powerhouse Boxing & Kickboxing Fight Team, of which students will be competing in amateur, professional, boxing, kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) matches.
